10 Spots for the Perfect Graduation Photos - Kansas State University

Taking graduation photos is such a fun way to cap off your college career and get fun photos in all your favorite places to celebrate!

Today I'll share some of my favorite spots on campus to take photos!

Anderson Lawn

The classic grad photo spot, Anderson Lawn, is a popular photo spot for a good reason. Anderson Hall makes a gorgeous backdrop and with the huge lawn, it's perfect to pop champagne or pose with your friends. This is a must hit spot during sunset.

Your College's Sign

Almost a no-brainer, taking photos in front of the buildings you probably spent the most time in on campus is one of my go to's. There are so many fun poses to do with the signs too!

The Kansas State University Sign

With 2 signs near Aggieville and The Union, the K-State signs are a classy photo spot on the edge of campus. Near graduation, they are surrounded by pretty purple flowers and a fun way to show your love for you soon to be alma mater.

Your Greek House

Fraternities and Sororities on K-State's Campus are the perfect backdrop for your graduation photos! Not only are they gorgeous, they also are great to commemorate your time in the organization. It's great for solo pictures but even more fun if you round up your sorority sisters and house stoles!

University Gardens

The gardens on Denison are a great spot if you're wanting something a little more nature-y than campus. With so many pretty plants, fountains and greenhouses, you will be sure to get photos you'll love.

Any other spots special

to your college career

Graduation photos are the time to take photos at all of the special places you spent time on campus, don't be afraid to go off the beaten path! Whether that be in front of a dorm filled with freshman year memories or in the 'ville where you spent many a Friday nights.

Bonus Tip!

Bring Champagne or Confetti

Bringing extra props like a bottle of champagne, confetti or anything special to represent your college like an instrument or textbooks can make your photos even better!
